Microsoft launches its first datacenter region in Poland, bringing new opportunities to develop the digital economy - Microsoft News Centre Europe

It’s the next key milestone to accelerate innovation and digital transformation in the Polish Digital Valley. Today, Microsoft announced the opening of its newest trusted cloud region, the first in Central and Eastern Europe, located in Poland. Microsoft’s Polish cloud region consists of three independent physical locations around Warsaw, each consisting of one or more datacenters. It guarantees the highest standards of security, privacy and regulatory-compliant data storage in the country. The launch of the Microsoft region is a continuation of the company’s more than 30-year engagement with Poland and a commitment to continue to support the country’s technological development of society, business and the economy.
